Will the zimbabweans with cholera pollute south african water and so contaminate us?

I understand that it is not transferred from person to person. however we need to keep them out since our country is poor and has falen on hard times. surely rich countries who in the first place wanted Ian Smith out long ago should now solve the problem they created. Under Ian something like this could never happen. There is nothing as good old british management.
